Promotional emails and WhatsApp messages about new arrivals, offers, and exclusive deals are sent only with your consent. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time, or tell us on WhatsApp that you no longer want those messages.
Information you provide is kept confidential. We do not share, sell, or rent your data to third parties. Personal data stays stored with us and is used only for the purposes in this policy.
We use security measures to protect personal data and prevent unauthorized access. Information is accessed by authorized team members to manage a booking or to send communications you have agreed to.
You can access and update your personal information, ask us to delete it, and opt out of marketing messages at any time. Questions about your data can be sent to the desk.
