What to send before the car is released
The booking is faster when the documents arrive with the first message, not at the hotel door.
Send a passport or Emirates ID, and a photograph of the driving licence of everyone who will drive. If you are visiting, ask before you travel. Some foreign licences are accepted as they are; others need an international permit. We would rather say so while you can still arrange it.
Tell us the hotel, villa, or terminal, and a window of time rather than a fantasy minute. Dubai traffic is honest about itself. A host with a thirty-minute window is more reliable than a promise of 19:00 exactly.
If a second person will drive, name them at the start. One additional driver is free once the licence is with us. Anyone not named does not drive, including a well-meaning friend after dinner.
You will see the rate, what it includes, and any excess in writing before you pay. If a car needs a deposit, that is also said then — not invented at handover.
